No feed back no help after payment is made.

I decided to do my exams through Taalnet Intitute. Had all the paperwork sent to me the amounts etc in a questionable amount of time. But I was desperate to get my exams in process so I went ahead and signed the paper work and paid the requested amount. Since I paid the amount I do not get any feedback, no messages are returned, no emails are rep**** to, no action is made in order to get back to me. I have now lost out on more money and have no more time to do my exams. I have demanded a refund and still no response. I will not recommend anyone trying to study to go through taal net ever. Disappointed and now back to square one as I wasted all my time on these people.
