**************** for Appalling School! Bad service and deceptive policies

My daughter had the most shocking and utterly disturbing experience ever at Taal-Net learning Institute in Midrand. I honestly would not recommend this institution to anyone one I know!

They are not only deceptive when it comes to how they advertise their institution, they are also ******* who hide behind twisted policies. They owe me R 2 600 which they promised to refund R2 000 of that of that amount. I had to urgently register my daughter at the school in January 2019 due to a recent move from Pretoria. Getting a school via the government portal for grade 8 proved rather difficult so I opted for this private school based on what I read on their website.

So my husband and I went to register her and the premises seemed rather ok nothing over the top but it seemed decent enough. We went ahead and registered my daughter paid the registration fee as well as school fees, We were only allowed to view the registration area and had to wait for school opening to view the rest of the school. Almost immediately bought her school uniform basically everything she needed. We patiently waited for school opening, I was shocked to see the state of their classrooms! to make things even worse my daughter explained late that afternoon what she gone through to name a few of her bad experience at the ********** school, English teacher spoke to them in zulu , one of their classes is used as a passage meaning kids got distracted while in the middle of lessons, we were given a long list of stationary only to be informed that some of the items we purchased under the impression that it was for our child was actually for the teachers!!! school fees is R2 200 I don't understand why the school dose not ensure they get stationary for their teachers? anyway to cut the long story short I had no choice but to take my child out of that school after her first day so her first day was her last. After that I had a meeting with the head mistress where we requested a refund and since then we have been sent from pillar to post. I am owed stationary worth R 800 and School fees as we terminated the agreement. this school needs to be exposed!!! I want my money!
