Phone caught fire

This year I became a t-mobile customer and I am buying my phone from T-Mobile still. I was happy with my service until last week when my phone from T-Mobile caught on fire while it was charging on my bed. When I went to the T-Mobile store I was told that I would have to purchase a new phone if I needed a replacement. Or that I had to file a claim with the insurance which I tried to do however the insurance company thought I should pay $50 to do this as did T-Mobile. Then the insurance company decided it wasn't their claim and they wanted me to contact Samsung which is the manufacturer of the phone. But did I mention I'm paying for my phone still through T-Mobile not Samsung. Samsung informed me it would be 4 to 7 business days before I could get my phone back that I had to send in. T mobile never even asked me if anyone was hurt when it caught fire! I mean my phone caught fire in My bed, and mattress was burned a little, Thank God we were awake and smelled plastic burning before it could have been a lot worse. I refuse to purchase a new phone when it wasn't my fault or pay deductible! All I asked for was a replacement phone for the phone I purchased only a few months prior, and that I'm still paying on. I didn't ask for a upgrade which I should since this phone CAUGHT FIRE ON MY BED! I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR THE MONEY FOR THE DAMAGED MATTRESS THEIR PHONE BURNED! ALL I SIMPLY ASKED FOR WAS TO LOAN ME A PHONE OR REPLACE THE PHONE THAT BURNED, However T mobile store, 611 customer care, and T-Mobile phone insurance, told me that it was not possible. I would have to wait the 4-7 business days if I needed a phone before that, then I would need to purchase one!!
