VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD COMPANY

Telkom Mobile, a very *********** Company. End of October 2020 I went to Telkom Mobile store in Centurion and opened an account for 2 cell phones I was very happy with the deal and the service I received there...but my happiness was turned into bad ITC as Telkom hasn't been debiting my account even after I have called numerous times asking them when are they debiting my account and they just take me from pillar to post if it's not agents who will tell me they don't know what's happening on my account other are just rude you haven't paid your account but dah that's why am calling you guys coz you are not debiting my accounts, I even went to the store again at Jabulani Mall where they told me that they have escalated my issue to the billing department and they will call me...till today no phone call nothing, again like a fool I called them on the 03/02/2021 still no debit order was done on my account so I really don't know what is happening coz now they sending me messages from their collections departments that I must owe and to my great surprise I was just declined for a home loan because my Telkom account is in arrears....Can you guys come take your phones because I have been begging you to debit me as we can't even use the data or airtime as the lines are suspended please take your phones and clear my name on ITC
