Telkom Contract

Good day i would like to cancel my contract with you since you are billing me up R1000 on the R299 contract. i am using my phone on daily basis but then the debit go off and before the month end the account is locked. i was told of crossline but i am no one ever helped. i want to take this further as this has been ongoing from last year.
