Nondumiso: A horrific Telkom Mobile Store Manager!

I have never had such terrible, disgusting experience with Telkom as a loyal Mobile Contract subscriber for over 5 years, together with my Wife.

Having to deal with the new Store Manager called "Nondumiso" has made me even consider NOT EVER RENEWING/UPGRADING my mobile Contract ever with TELKOM.

Quick summary: I app**** to Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in January, and there's been no stock since.

Now there's new stock, which is said to be pre-ordered Online for Customers to collect.

My wife makes an application and it gets approved, since mine has expired- she is told that we can ONLY have the Black Galaxy S24 ultra, and NOT the Grey one.

What's with the bias, is the owner of the Black one not important??

"Nondumiso" makes that call, and I can't collect the device, as she insists that my Wife comes to scan her fingerprints!

She now has to take leave just to collect a phone in MIDDELBURG????

We always received an OTP when collecting Mobile phone for security and verification, which makes it more convenient if the purchaser can't make it to the Store!

Honestly hate Telkom entirely, and I'll be sending my hard-earned money elsewhere!

Maybe her attitude towards her subordinates paints the whole picture of how she runs the business!!!!

Custer service is entirely in shambles! Poor staff tries to get us assisted, but she 'has her own way of doing things'.

Previous store manager should be re-hired!!
