MID MONTH DEBIT ORDER ,THAT'S *****ING IF THERE WAS NO AGREEMENT!!!

I renewed my contract cause I was happy with the rates, all of a SUDDEN my account was debited with a R676, 84!! On the 15th of JULY!!! mind you I only pay R237 monthly on my contract AND ONLY on the 1st of each month!! 1st of July they were in my account and took what was due to them, only to come back MIDDLE of same MONTH and take YET ANOTHER R676,84!! No warning nothing!! Like how am I supposed to even buy bread for my kids when ****** so much money in ONE MONTH!!! This is a TOTAL of R1003,84!!! For what exactly?? Because my contract is ONLY R237 per month, R237!!! Why am I being ******?? WHY???
