I WANT MY TELKOM ROUTER DATA ACTIVATED AS PROMISED BY THEM

Telkom has the ****y service ever,i was called by them on thurday last week for an upgrade of my router,data supposed to be activated in 24hrs but still my router states i dont have any data i'v called the number i was given to call if any problems theres only voice prompts and call gets cut ,but when they wanted me to upgrade they were calling everyday now they are unvailable to assist me,i u derstand lockdown and all but but uf they managed to call me everyday when they wanted me to upgrade surely their call centers are working,this is nonsense
