Horrific experience with Telkom Mobile

I had the unfortunate incident where I went into the store to change my billing date, I was promised by the consultant in store that the billing date was changed and the next debit will only be done 15 of April, now I am penalized because they tried debiting my account on the last day of March and do not care what happens just want their money. Telkom Mobile is officially the most terrible service provider and I will never support them again when my contract ends. I hope that many people reading this will see that they do not care about their customers only their money.
