********** Contract on my name by Telkom Mobile

I had a telkom mobile data contract on 5gig day and 10gig night and I finished the 24months in which I'm still paying and getting the benefits . So after that I decided to add a 5gig offer with a router for R80 and on my first payment another contract deal appeared on my statement of another 10gig for R100 which I had no knowledge of so I queried it after it deducted the second time. No one from Telkom Mobile was accommodating and after a few weeks I had to go through the trouble of making an affidavit from the police station and I was promised that after two weeks I would get feedback but no one bothered to come back to me and I have been calling with the case number I was given but no one seems to know who is investigating my case and nobody seems to care. The worst thing I requested to speak to the person who is investigating but they have no clue. Money keeps on going out on my account every month but the investigation no one knows how far, nothing no feedback. I'm frustrated is the any government organization that I can approach to assist with this issue because when I wanted to reverse everything I was told by telkom that it will be closed but it will still show that I owe them.
