Useless

I have been patient for a week.Since installation of my 4mb line I have had internet only on the first day of 0.16mbs which was last wednesday.After MANY empty promises they were going to send out a technician today to re-align my dish and fix the problem.I called this morning to confirm they are still coming but nobody showed up,sitting here waiting for nothing.I have paid all that had to be paid for a service NEVER provided. No internet and NO support.I have been calling the office nr since just after 16:00 and nobody to take calls either?what is going on?
