No payment nor response

My daughter did work for SYNC on an adverti*****t for Mrs. ***** Chutney a few years ago. She got paid for the initial work but never got paid for the renewals after that. She by change found out about the first year's renewal and the money owing to her and she emailed numerous times but were always put off with some or other excuse - mostly that they have not been paid by their client. Eventually she left it and carried on with life. Unfortunately, she got a big surprise at the beginning of this year when she had to do a catch up on her Tax Returns for the past few years and found that there were IRP5's against her name at SARS from a company called FCB Africa who we then found out is the client with whom SYNC was dealing with on the project. We started digging and we contacted FCB who were able to send us the IRP5's in her name as well as the proof of payment details where they paid SYNC for these renewal fees that were supposed to have been paid over to our daughter. Not only for that first renewal but also for a second renewal 2 years later which she didn't even know about. We went back to the emails between her and Alessandrio Bergman (the Director of SYNC) and his accounts department where they claim they have not received money yet from FCB, but we now know that the money was already paid over to them by the time that she emailed them. Up to today she has not received the 2 payments although we have proof that FCB Africa paid SYNC both amounts. These two amounts together, amount to about R30 000,00. That is a lot for a young person trying to find their feet and trying to make a living while Mr. Bergman on the other hand seems to have made it big time on the back of these struggling young people. I do not know if FCB is aware that they are dealing with someone who blatantly lies about having not received money from them where in fact he has received it but hasn't paid it over to the talent, or if they are working together in this *****ulent activity and just do not care about the whole matter. It makes no sense to me or to the tax practitioner handling her Tax returns that IRP5's are issued with FCB's name on them but she was never employed by them and they pay the money over to SYNC? We have been in contact with them (FCB Africa) and they have been helpful in sending proof that they paid SYNC but nothing else is forthcoming. We have now sent emails twice to Alessandrio Berman personally and his accounts department, stating the case and the proof of payments from FCB to SYNC, but they are ignoring us flat out. We do not know how to proceed further except to contact SARS and ask for the IRP5's to be removed from her name as she hasn't received the income stated on them, and maybe opening a case of ***** against SYNC and Alessandrio Bergman as we have all the proof of ***** against him and his company.
