Recent booking of MAXHOSA for Dilan
Based on my Son's recent booking of MAXHOSA, we were very impressed with the outcome, payment was fair for the amount of work done, we are happy with the Service we've received. Special Thanks to Alesandro and his team who kept in touch and ensured a smooth and lovely experience :)

Aspiring Model
As an aspiring model for SYNC Model Management, it is a dream of mine to be part of an agency that bridges the gap between Local and International modeling. I had the privilege of meeting the founder Alessandrio once, and his humility and kindness left a lasting impression on me. SYNC models are walking Global stages, and I hope that can be me one day. Joining SYNC model agency would be an honor to work and grow under an agency that believes in you.

SYNC Model ****med me my money that I paid for a portfolio
I was ****med my money I payed for their package after I was accepted on the agency they gave me dates to choose from to come and do the portfolio I did choose a date but they call me and told me that date is full I told them I’m not available for the date the want to give I will be writing the test on that day. They said I should write them an email even today I’ve gotten any response from the now it’s 9 months late still no luck. I did everything they wanted and even payed the R3650 on time.

Amazing review
I have had an amazing experience so far with sync model management, Alessandrio has been a great help with my application process and I have nothing bad at all to say ,I give all praise to them ,they do amazing work I do recommend

Amazing review

Paid R3,650 but No Service or Refund
signed a contract with SYNC Model Management on 24 March 2025 and paid a total of R3,650 for a modelling package that included a professional photoshoot, portfolio images, Z-cards, and training. Despite completing payment on 26 May 2025, I never received any of the services promised. My emails and calls were ignored for weeks. On 20 June 2025, I formally sent a 60-day cancellation notice and requested a refund due to non-performance. SYNC did not respond until after I escalated the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO). They promised to resolve it, but months have passed and I am still waiting for my refund and cancellation confirmation. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I want my refund of R3,650 processed and written confirmation that my contract has been cancelled.
