DON'T EXPECT TO BE PAID FOR YOUR WORK IF YOU JOIN WITH SYNC.

This is the most unprofessional agency ever. I have just read numerous reviews about what I'm also complaining about. I don't for one second believe those 5* reviews are legit. Someone at SYNC is writing them. I did a TV and print ad for SPAR in December and January. The client paid SYNC on the 15th of May. After numerous calls, emails that weren't responded to I finally got hold of Alessandrio the owner. Who just FYI is a member of Forbes Top 30 for South Africa. He told me they are having cash flow issues (which is not my problem as they have been paid for my work) and could they pay me off over a few weeks. After agreeing to dates and amounts to be paid, still no payment. Again no one responds to my emails. No money to pay staff but the owner posts photos on IG of him on holiday in the East living it up. WORST AGENCY EVER!!! DO NOT JOIN. YOU WILL BE SORRY.
