Sydney Park
Sydney Park False advertising! We were promised fibre/wifi, 1 month in and it was just excuses after excuses. We were promised security and that was also a lie, we were the 3rd unit that was broken into in the last week of February, we had previously asked our agent if we could put a safety door by the sliding door for our protection. This request was denied due to it being “aesthetically unpleasing” and when the subject was brought up they had said there was no proof of this request.
They informed us there was a “no deposit” option (which we had choosen) just to be told if we could not provide the R9450 deposit we would not be getting our keys to move in.
Their service is horrible and they are so rude and unprofessional.

Each and every tenant viewing Sydney park is clearly informed that Wi-Fi connections have been installed but not live yet, we are doing everything in our power possible to resolve the issue and as the supplier is a private service provider appointed by the developer we do not have control over this, Igrow does not supply Wi-Fi. We have no established date as to when they will go live.Regarding the security gate, we are not allowed to add on or make changes to any property until it registers in the owners name. Once a managing agent is appointed it is decided what uniform security will be allowed at the development as we cannot have different shapes, sizes or colours.This tenant was not approved for our NO Deposit option due to risk and therefore a one and a half months deposit was required.After the break in occurred and the rental agent went to site to assist he was informed that the tenants father advised her not to speak him at all therefore rejecting any assistance he could have provided.
