Inconsiderate, inhumane, poor management!
It’s the 4th day that we’re sitting in the dark, they keep sending emails; lie after lie. We were told the municipality *******ly disconnected the complex and for 2 days now “electricians are on their way to reconnect the power”. There is no direct line of communication, “tenants are not privy to some information” yet you have paid the rent in full, you are the one sitting in the dark with food rotting in the fridge and no hot shower but wait for the agency to update you. They even sent an email instructing tenants not to call them? So this will go on for as long as they see fit while they sit comfortably in their houses, doing laundry and watching TV while we can’t even cook for our families!

Sydney Park Boksburg plundged into darkness while neighbouring complexs have electricity
This place is managed with the most disrepective and most unprofessional manner, I resided in Sydney Park for more than 4years and in those 4years I reported the geyser not working and no one bothered to come and fix it instead I was told to write an email to further complain, the other thing was when they came to fix the tiles and the kitchen counter bottom was left open and exposed. Not too long ago the entire complex was plunged into darkness due to the body coperate and igrow not paying the municipal electricity bill for the complex. This horror has come back again and as recent as yesterday the same issue has transpired with the entire complex plundged into darkness again and no one from the igrow our agent has made an effort to contact us or have the desecncy to inform us residents what is going on or where the issue is. Food in the fridge is getting spoiled, we cannot cook we have to resort to buying takeaways through out the day. Their only concern is receiving rental money but they never attend to issues raised with them, the renewal of the lease is conducted with no human contact if you want to raise a query before you extend or renew your lease. Igrow Sydney Park Boksburg is not a place you should even consider living at especially if you have children as I write this we are in total darkness with no one from igrow sending us residents any communication of what's going on.
