Inconsiderate, inhumane, poor management!

It’s the 4th day that we’re sitting in the dark, they keep sending emails; lie after lie. We were told the municipality *******ly disconnected the complex and for 2 days now “electricians are on their way to reconnect the power”. There is no direct line of communication, “tenants are not privy to some information” yet you have paid the rent in full, you are the one sitting in the dark with food rotting in the fridge and no hot shower but wait for the agency to update you. They even sent an email instructing tenants not to call them? So this will go on for as long as they see fit while they sit comfortably in their houses, doing laundry and watching TV while we can’t even cook for our families!
