Return policy

I upgraded my Telkom contract 7 Mar2023, The 7the day I returned it with numerous complains. Unfortunately for me the consultant told me day as the day you take out the contract is seen as day one.Therefore my 7days has elapse and I can rather send the phone in for repairs. How pathetic!!!!
