Terrible communication and management

If I could give 0 stars, I would. From January 2024, I've been trying to contact them regarding their LTS course. Other than having an outdated website. Email inboxes are full so cannot receive new emails. All calls were unanswered. After 2 months, I managed to get the representatives personal contact details, I was then ask to register, pay the fee, get valid paperwork and courses (which are only valid for some time). I was then informed that the course was postponed, but my registration is still valid. Its been 13 months, and I haven't heard back from them. When I call and message for an update, they say "I'll sort it out," "I'll get back to you," "contact 'so and so'," or no response at all.
