Swiftpage and Aarix Business Solutions terrible service regarding ACT CRM system

Absolutely SHOCKING service . I have contacted the company 8 different times over the last week and not once have they returned an email or a call until this morning . I am based in South Africa and have tried their South African contact number many times , not once have they answered . Apparently Aarix is the South African company who deals with clients in South Africa , however their number does not exist . ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING !
