Disgusting Behaviour

"My experience with this supposedly established business was utterly disheartening. For a hefty sum of R2500, I expected professionalism and respect. Instead, I was spoken to in a threatening manner, as if my payment didn't warrant basic courtesy. When I called the next day to report a new leak caused by their repair, I was shocked to be told they'd refuse to send someone to fix it. To add insult to injury, the plumber left a mess on my floor. Their service was not only subpar but also exorbitantly overpriced. I'm thoroughly appalled by their behavior."
