Swift "****psters" Plumbing
Made the mistake of letting these guys unblock a drain without asking for a quote and what a R8,800.00 surprise when I had to pay! A simple drain unblocking request with no roots etc! They invoiced me for the use of their machine, although they used it, per meter of drain, call-out fee plus 15% VAT for which they are not even registered! Please guys, keep away from these ***boys/****sters!!!!!!!!!

Failed to put acid in drain
Bad service in unblocking drain . The visited my house in February failed to put acid when unblock8ng drain paid them 1800 now June back again wants ridiculous amounts of 1600 claiming is the discount from 2400 because of their incompetence plumber. Now I am paying 1600 for their incompetence plumber. This is unfair and not happy with their services. The guy assisting me claimed he is new in business and don't want to take stories of first first visit

My experience was highly unsatisfactory. No written quotation was provided before the work began, and the final invoice was excessive and not clearly aligned to the work carried out. A so-called discount was app****, but the amount remained unreasonably high and lacked transparency. The company claims to be VAT registered, but there was no clear breakdown or explanation of how the charges were calculated. The pump installed failed within two days. When I attempted to raise the issue and request warranty support, my calls were not answered or returned. Overall, I would recommend avoid relying on their glossy website

Swift Plumbing - ****mers, Not VAT registered and claims VAT, don't keep to time they propose
They give a time and come very late. They just do a check and provide you with a quotation to approve, they literally just go ahead with the job and slap you with a huge invoice of which they expect 70% payment. They are not VAT registered but do charge VAT on their invoices, ****ming customers and ******** trading. Upon requesting their VAT number, I received no response. The VAT number search with SARS delivered no results.

False advertising RUDE **** BUSINESS OWNER
This is an outsourced company posing as plumbers. They are ******* charging VAT and are not even VAT registered! I called the owner who proceeded to tell me to eff off, as it's Sunday. Yet they advertise 24hr service. DO NOT USE THESE *******!
