Multiple problems with lounge suite

Bought a lounge suite just over a year ago. About seven months in it looked like the stuffing under the material on two of the seat areas came loose or something which looked like the seat areas had two different size padding or something. It took them three times before it looked ok. After they brought it back the third time the clip on the side wasn't put back, so they had to come back for that. Overall the craftmanship of the furniture is really poor. Now two other seating areas is doing exactly the same thing.
