Western Cape Made to Order Furniture
I had my California set delivered this past Friday. It is as described, design is as is in the images and as is in the demo set displayed at the shop. The team were excellent from day 1 when the gentleman waited for me to arrive after slightly after their trading hours on a Friday. The same efficiency and customer care was observed from the team I met on my second visit and equally on email Comms. I am extremely happy and will definitely be back to give feedback on how things are going with our California set in a couple of months down the line.

Multiple problems with lounge suite
Bought a lounge suite just over a year ago. About seven months in it looked like the stuffing under the material on two of the seat areas came loose or something which looked like the seat areas had two different size padding or something. It took them three times before it looked ok. After they brought it back the third time the clip on the side wasn't put back, so they had to come back for that. Overall the craftmanship of the furniture is really poor. Now two other seating areas is doing exactly the same thing.

Extremely bad quality! Don't waste your money !!
⭐ Complaint: I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the L-Shape couch I bought from Sweetdreams Furniture. It’s not even 6 months old and it already looks like a second-hand couch. I have only used the special couch cleaner as advised, but the seating areas are frayed — the fabric is literally coming apart. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. If I had known this would happen, I would never have bought my couch there. This is unacceptable, and I hope the store will address this issue urgently.
