YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY/REFUND BACK-THEFT

DISGUSSTED FOR THEIR REACTION!!

This company/business grew too quick in such a short space of time, that they have lost the most important factor of actually caring for clients, and getting back to them.

My sweapstar worked 6 hours 14 Dec instead of 8 as we closed early for public holiday. Up until today, we still CANNOT resolve this issue of OVERPAYMENT. THIS IS BLANTENT THEFT!!

They have paid her LESS than anticipated, kept our money for the full x8 hours and only refunded us R50. They have not credited us back into our account for the x2 hours difference not worked - they have taken from me extra, and less paid to the lady.

After many mails back and forth since 18 Dec 2023, with their system generated response & explanation, after asking many times to get management to call, we have to date being 23 Jan 2024 not resolved our query of refunding us less 2 hours, and they have not called us as requested.

We will be looking elsewhere for service as there are companies out there doing the same as what Sweapsouth do. We are listed on their system as VIP members for 5 years now, this does not feel like VIP treatment.

We have indicated to them that we will rate them negatively on all relevant platforms, they have ignored our mails.
