Would not recommend this company
I feel ****med. I booked and payed for someone to help clean, on that very same day I made sure deep clean carpet cleaners arrived cause I wanted the whole house clean and dust free. The lady that was sent in clearly did a good job pretending to work as I was not there, but my partner was... I video called a few times and saw her "working". On the weekend when I got home only the floor had been moped, which I could've done myself! The cupboards; fridge and oven were not touched- mind you aside from her not having to clean the bedrooms, there was no laundry to wash aside from 3 curtains. I've been ****med, would've gotten my monies worth had I asked a lady off the street. I sent an email stating that I'm not happy and was offered a R75 off my next booking- what next booking?! You must think I'm on drugs to use to your company ever again.
