Worst Service ever - DO NOT USE!!!!

Worst service EVER! They did not show up TWICE! Booked and paid for Monday. No show, so made the mistake to try and watsapp, no response, emailed, no response, called, Marche says she will book lady for Tuesday, apologies etc. Tuesday arrive, AGAIN no SHOW!! This was to help my elderly parents clean during move! I WANT MY REFUND FOR PAYMENT! Totally unreliable company!

I have no interest in talking to anyone from your company! This was not just a normal cleaning, it was to assist in cleaning for elderly people. You cannot make this up, as I explained to Marche yesterday we need to be done by this morning. If I was told yesterday there is uncer*****y, then I would have planned with another company, or tried to take leave from work to go and help myself.
I have no interest in ever dealing with you again! Just process my refund please.
