Worst service
<p>We asked for a valet service. Sweepsouth sent 2 girls to work. They arrived at 7am. We explained in detail what they need to do and even gave them a list, and explained how to use the washing machine. At 1pm my husband gets an sms to say they are leaving. We know that itvis way too soon for them to be done by that time but cant do anything about it because we're at work. When we got home the house looked like it was never cleaned - washingvwas on the line, washing was still in the machine and soaking wet; the floor was dirty, there was even some thick green waxy substance on the floor we had to sc**** off; no ironing done, the list goes on. It is a disgusting service! And we paid R500!! When we called to complain we were told we will receive a R160 credit. Why the hell would we want a credit. We will never use them again. They should give us a full refund!!!</p>
3 days later and they dont even bother to respond to a Hello Peter complaint! That in itself tells you how pathetic their service is.

4hrs discount??? That means nothing to us! They DID NOT DO ANYTHING. We had to clean up after them. CLEAN UP AFTER A CLEANING COMPANY! Do you not see how ridiculous that is?? They even broke a glass and had the audacity to open a new box of rusks..we could also tell that they watched tv...
