WORST first impression ever.

I was referred to SweepSouth by a friend since I was struggling to find a reliable housekeeper for weekly cleaning and ironing. I booked a sweep"star" for this past Sunday: A full house cleaning + ironing + clean the oven + wash inside windows + they were to bring their own cleaning products (at an additional cost to me). The estimated time of cleaning was 10hours but I adjusted it down to 8.5 since there was very little ironing and I didn't feel it would take 10hours. The person arrives and fafs about for an hour before getting down to work... She then took approximately 6hours to clean my home!! She then tried to pass off the "oven cleaning" as referring to the microwave and was not going to clean the oven until I insisted. While busy with the ironing around the 8.5 hour mark she tries to swindle me into paying her more privately since "time is up". I said I'm not willing to and am not happy with how long this has taken. She tells me she's not prepared to "work for nothing" so I told her to leave then. She then faffed around for another 2hours and left without cleaning the windows OR finishing the ironing! She also never used the cleaning products she used and used mine! I then get a notification from SweepSouth that they're going to charge me more for the additional time worked!! What a cheek! So I basically paid for 10hours worked + ironing + oven cleaning + inside windows + cleaning products when my house isn't cleaned well AT ALL, my ironing was finished, I had to beg for an oven clean, my windows weren't washed AND my own cleaning products were used. I sent an email to the Customer Support 3x days ago and I am still awaiting any form of acknowledgement. I told them I am willing to continue to use them since I really like the idea - the app is awesome and the process is very efficient - but only if they provide me with some sort of credit/compensation but they don't seem to care... I would say use SweepSouth at your own risk!!
