worst first experience. Never again!

I booked an ‘SweepStar’ for a 7:00 Morning and she arrived an hour late. On the app, you can add on services that you require and leave special instructions, I had requested ironing and for the lady who Comes in to start with that. She came in and stated that ironing isn’t part of her job description/tasks and had an awful attitude while making a feeble attempt at executing the task. I had requested for the SweepStar to bring in her cleaning products (for which an additional fee is billed) but she didn’t bring any and ended using our material. Now tell me, why am I still required to pay that products fee when I didn’t get that portion of the service? I logged this query with support, who claims a 12 hour response period but it’s over 24 hours later and I have yet to receive a response or have someone contact me. This was my first time using the service and I’m certain it will be my last. Absolutely appalling.
