Worst "Cleaning" Service I have ever encountered
I booked a 7 hour cleaning service on 15 September 2017. The lady that was sent was absolutely ***********. She had no idea how to clean, how to manage her time and had no finesse whatsoever. Whilst she was here I contacted Sweepsouth informing them that this was the worst domestic i had ever encountered, and I have used the services of almost every domestic **** agency around. Nevertheless, she left the place in a worse state than she found it, and i sent through pictures to Sweepsouth, I also indicated that i will not pay for such pathetic "services". I was informed that because the lady came out, there is a minimum fee of R139 payable. I indicated that I did not receive R139 worth of services as I spent the entire afternoon cleaning the place myself (when I have 3 little kids including a baby to take care of). Sweepsouth then came back to me offering a make up booking for the inconvenience caused. I told them that they have two options: I will accept on condition that the lady completes all work to my satisfaction prior to her leaving; or they can refund my money. They then came back saying that they can only offer three hours of services, and no guarantee that all work will be completed. I then responded saying that I have already paid R139 (which is equivalent to three hours of services), so they should stop pretending like they're doing me a favour by offering me three hours of cleaning. furthermore, i indicated that i don't have time to have back and forth conversations with a company that deals unprofessionally with customers. i indicated that i do not accept the offer for three hours of services, and requested a refund. Unfortunately there has been no response since, even after i threatened to publicise this poor, disgusting level of service in the media. Please do yourself a favour- there are plenty of other **** services around- renta****, diala****, marvellous ****s, mollywood ****s, cleanserv, heavensentdomestics, lizzy****s. Utilise the services of these agencies instead.
