Worst cleaning ever!!!

<p>I got 2 ladies via the sweep south app to come and clean my house. The service was Terrible! Left my house dirtier than before. Moping lines, muddy footprints, dust on surfaces, laundry still smelling like sweat even though it was wet and on the line. They were allocated to finish everything in 9.5hrs but they asked for a time extension because they weee still finishing off the ironing. I don't even get why they left late because they said they were ironing but nothing was ironed. Now the sweep south people are offering me a 5 hrs voucher. The work needs to be re-done and they themselves said it takes minimum of 9.5hrs. Who must pay for the 4.5hrs? On their app they said if I'm not happy with the work they will send the cleaners to re-do the work for free. What ******* is this???</p>
