Worst Cleaning Compony Ever!!!
Dissapointment Yet Again!
I booked a domestic for Friday, 9:30 , she brings her kid to the job, I couldn't have a kid in my place at this stage as I just moved and had delicate items all over. Besides bringing a kid to a job is highly unprofessional. In any case I told her to rather leave and cancel the job. I then contacted sweepsouth for a replacement, after spending R29-00 3 times to purchase airtime just to contact them.The agent said she would give me a call back and replace the domestic. Till now 15:00 I haven't heard from anyone at sweep south , this happened at around 10 am this morning.The reality is that they always dissapoint you I just can't purchase any more airtime to call them to hear their bull**** lies any more. Last week their domestic broke my mop, I couldn't fill in a claim due to the lengthy process and no time as I am moving, this week they disappoint me again. Customer service is not their strong point. Horrible relying on them. Not realiable at all. Don't recommend them to anyone.

We certainly will be sharing this with our area management team to have a discussion with your SweepStar to ensure they support her in understanding the importance of professional behaviour at a client's home, as bringing her child is not acceptable.
