Will never use them again
I booked a one time cleaner they debit my account and from there they debit my account every week. When I cancel it, they charge me extra for cancellation fee. The woman they send could not find my address, her phone did not work and I could not phone SweepSouth, because there phones did not work.

We had a look at your booking and see that a recurring booking had been created. Recurring bookings create weekly bookings for the day of the week that you select. In your case, you selected weekly bookings for a Monday hence why booking appointments were being sent to you.
