Very Unhappy with Sweepsouth

I was very excited to make a booking on sweepsouth.

I know I chose the correct address and even left the correct address and number in the note as I do with every company that needs to deliver something to me. The day came and no one showed up. I eventually got a call and they said I chose the wrong address blah blah blah. Now I know for a fact I chose the right address and I made 100% sure when I checked out. On top of that I still need to pay for a service I never got!!!!!!!!!!

I was promised a called back after 30 minutes of speaking to someone on the phone but never got a callback.

I refuse to pay for something I never received.
