Very poor service. Unreliable Sweepstars, and poor customer service

extremely poor service and poor customer support. I have terrible service given to me. In the past Month 3 of my 4 scheduled cleanings had to be rescheduled due to a no show by the sweepstar. Its extremely difficult to get through to customer support as the call waiting period is long, and when you finally speak to support, they not of much help. The lady could not even give me a time frame as to when she can get someone to come clean. The first time this happened to me, i was promised 3 different time slots that someone will come through, and no one pitched, i waisted 7 hours waiting and my day got waisted. Customer support does not even make any effort to assist you asap. Poor attitude all round.
