Very poor feedback on accounting administration.
We have had the most incredible lady cleaning at our premises twice a week but I have not been receiving invoices or emails with invoices attached. I have been emailing and calling for the last three months and am assured that their technical area are looking at the issue but this has still not been resolved. Every now and then I receive emails to say that the query 'has been resolved' but nothing has been done.
