Very poor cleaning and incorrect billing

<p>This is the 1st and last time I will make use of this company. </p> <p> </p> <p>I requested that windows and oven be cleaned in addition to general cleaning. The cleaners pitch ip with only demestos and sunlight liquid??? Isn't ovens cleaned with OVEN CLEANER? How is windows washed with sunlight or demestos?? There are products like WINDOWLENE! It's not a surprise that my oven is still dirty after it was 'cleaned'.</p> <p> </p> <p>I eneded up providing tile cleaner and oven cleaner but I paid for cleaning products to be provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>the cleaners worked so slow. They take direction very poorly and were chatting away most of the time, instead of working.</p> <p> </p> <p>The agreed amount was R301 for 9,5 hours worked. My wife told the cleaners to leave at 7,5 hours.</p> <p>my account gets billed for R510 and I receive a invoice of 15 hours worked!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Had to ask my bank to reverse that unauthorized inflated debit!</p> <p> </p> <p>will never make use of this company again!</p> <p> </p> <p>Booking number : SS114734</p>
