Very Disappointing Experience- Will Not Reuse

I used a R65 voucher for an indoor cleaning yesterday. The cleaner arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and checked in. Since I was still busy, she only began working about 30 minutes after entering. Unfortunately, she also forgot to clock out once the job was completed, which has resulted in me being charged an additional R77.

In addition, she gathered my curtain and pushed it into the window, which left it badly creased. I then had to ask her to iron it, but I should not have had to fix something that was not my fault in the first place- or pay additional for it!!!!

This experience is very disappointing. The extra charge effectively cancelled out my voucher, leaving me paying the full service price, and the careless handling of my curtain added to the frustration. I even dropped off this lady by a taxi to assist her but given these issues, I will not be using this service again.
