VERY BAD CLEANING SERVICE AND AFTER SERVICE FROM SWEEPSOUTH.

I booked a cleaner through SweepSouth, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The cleaner (Buhle) did not complete the tasks we paid for. She did not clean behind or under furniture, like behind the headboard-sized tables. The kitchen cupboard doors were not wiped, and she didn’t clean the interior windows as requested and paid for.

I also paid extra for fridge cleaning, which she barely did. She was heavy-handed with my belongings, constantly banging doors and handling items without any care or respect. On top of that, she complained about the transport cost, saying it was too expensive to get to my area, and also complained that my house was “too small”.

This is completely unprofessional. When I contacted SweepSouth for help, instead of resolving the issue, they insisted on photos as "proof" before helping. This is unfair—how am I supposed to take photos of things that were not cleaned properly or ignored altogether?

I trusted SweepSouth to provide a reliable and professional service, but this experience was the opposite. I want a full refund for the service I paid for, and SweepSouth must take accountability for their cleaner's poor attitude and performance. They rep**** with a email say the will give a part of my money back - I want a FULL REFUND
