USELESS - ***

<p>I had a cleaner come to my house in December 2016. I was unable to be at home the WHOLE day she was there, so when I got back to my house, the house was filthy! It wasn't cleaned, the kitchen counter tops weren't even wiped off. After further investigation, I noticed that some of my clothing were missing as well. So not only did she not clean my house, she stole my clothes!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I emailed SweepSouth Support 6 times!! NO REPLY!!! I got an email from a Katy Botha asking if she can assist with anything seeing that I have not requested another cleaner as yet, and I forwarded all the complaint emails to her. Till now she has not rep****!!!!</p> <p>How useless are you???? Calling yourself professional. You don't have an idea what the word means!! You should maybe use the people in your accounts department to handle your complaints, as they quickly let you know that you need to pay.</p> <p>I don't know what to do anymore.
