Useless and chocking service
<p>I had a cleaner coming end of December.</p> <p>She arrived 15 minutes late and left 30 minutes early. </p> <p>We unfortunately only inpected the house after she left and realized that she hardly did anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Out of what they list on their website, here is what was done/not done:</p> <p>Lounge:</p> <p>Dusting of furniture and surfaces - not done<br /> Mopping and vacuuming of floors - not done<br /> Dusting and wiping of skirtings - not done<br /> Dusting and wiping of electronics, pictures frames etc. - not done<br /> Dusting and wiping of light switches and other fixtures - not done</p> <p>Bedroom:<br /> Dusting of furniture and surfaces - Done<br /> Making bed - Done<br /> Vacuuming and/or mopping floors - Done<br /> Dusting and wiping of skirtings - Not done<br /> Folding or hanging of clothes in bedroom - Not done</p> <p>Bathroom:<br />Cleaning of shower, bath and sinks - Done<br /> Toilet clean - Note done<br /> Wiping of counters and taps - Half done<br /> Wiping of walls and mirrors - Only mirrors wipped<br /> Wiping outside of cupboards and cabinets - Done<br /> Folding or hanging of clean towels - Not done<br /> Emptying bins and cleaning bin area - N/A<br /> Mopping floors - Done</p> <p>Kitchen:</p> <p>Wiping of surfaces, sinks and appliances - Done<br /> Washing of dishes - There was no dishes to wash<br /> Wiping outside of cupboards and fridge - Only fridge done<br /> Wiping of walls - Not done<br /> Emptying bins and cleaning bin area - Not done<br /> Mopping floors - Done</p> <p> </p> <p>The entrance area hasn't been cleaned at all and we also requested and paid for cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets but they haven't even been opened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed SweepSouth on the same day and they never got back to me.</p>
