Unsatisfactory service and ******ion

I paid for an 10 hour service that included laundry and ironing. The house is relatively clean so easy to get through. And I did all the washing and drying of the clothes; all that was left was for Thelma to iron the clothes. She had finished cleaning the house around 2:30 pm and was booked until 5pm. When she left, she had iron only 10 items and folded another 5 items. That’s all she did in 2 and a half hours.

Reported this to SweepSouth 3 times, no response.

Needless to say I am never going to use them again. I feel like they expected my money.
