Unreliable and Uncaring

I've used this service for many years, but that ends now. Booking has become shambolic. Most recently, I made a booking only to experience a frustrating game of musical chairs with the assignment of a SweepStar, who eventually didn't show up. It seems the company doesn't value customer feedback and merely pays lip service to it. What a disappointment.
