Unreliable
<p>The Company has great potential but the last two times I have booked with them, they have cancelled at very late notice and don't have back ups which is a big let down. In a Country that has 30% unemployment??? They don't support the transport needs of their staff properly .... your appointment is in the hands of the taxis and trains and how reliable are they? The other two times that I booked them, I had no problems. Sweepsouth ... get more staff, organise your own transport system and aim for zero cancellations from your side. You will be great.</p>

Please note that SweepSouth is a platform that connects domestic cleaners with clients/homes in need. They are independent contracts and therefor have full control over the areas they choose to work in and getting back and forth to their bookings. We offer our SweepStars support with directions to their booking if they are unable to use their SweepStar app that uses Google Maps to direct them straight to your home.
With regards to late cancellations, we always try our absolute best to send replacement SweepStars but the availability depends on the area you live in and the time of month/day. We're sorry to have disappointed you and we hope to make up for it on your next booking.
We are always looking into ways of improving our platform and service and your feedback has been escalated to the relevant departments.
