Unprofessional SweepSouth

<p>I've been waiting for a cleaner for the past hour, I received a text 10min before time booked that the cleaner is running 30mins late. It's now been an hour and I haven't heard from sweepsouth or the cleaner. I have called the cleaner "assigned to me" and she is at another job (double booked).</p> <p>I've been inconvenienced for an hour now, late for work & no communication has been directed to me.</p> <p>Very disappointed at lack of professionalism. I rate it 0!</p>
