Unprofessional and unreliable

<p>I had made a booking for 4 Jan 2017. On the day I was appointed two cleaning ladies. From the information given to me by Naureen at the call centre the ladies were to arrive on their own and leave on their own. My husband was contacted by both ladies and informed that they are lost and required him to fetch them. Which by the way was almost half an hour after the time they were to arrive. At 1:30pm my husband had went to the premises to check on them, they advised that they were done, the c****s my husband asked them to do were not done and upon inspection, after they left, as they were in a hurry to leave; we found that the work that we had actually wanted done and which was indicated on my booking was not done. I had contacted the call centre and spoke once again to Naureen and expressed my dissatisfaction and I was told to send an e-mail to them and she will take the matter up with management. According to their website if a 'client is dissatisfied then they will send someone at no cost to complete the unfinished work'. I sent an e-mail to them and all I received to date is an automated reply and further to my amazement is that they were quick to invoice me and deduct their full amount even after I informed them that their employees had not done most of the work that was required. Due to their failure to perform I had to pay someone else to complete the job. Upon moving our belongings onto the premises, we noted further incomplete work. I would personally neither recommend nor consider using their services in the future. </p>
