Unhappy with SweepSouth service and calibre of employees

Bad service and bad actioning of instructions by cleaners despite a Move In service offered and specific instructions given for the clean. Offer made is a voucher when I paid 2 people to do a full service Utilised the ladies at an additional cost for 2 days and paid for that

Now being threatened by the lady and threat to my family and home. I have reported and SweepSouth is not responding to resolve

Are these people verified because they work in our homes with our families
