Unhappy with Service.

I am really very unhappy with the service. Requested that my 2 bedrooms be cleaned as well as all the cupboards. Only 2 of my kitchen cupboards has been cleaned. My shower was not cleaned. the bin in the bathroom not cleaned. No windowsills been cleaned. Headboard for bed not cleaned. Couch - very easy to move - was not moved and not cleaned behind the couch. Some of the cleaning clothes was left in the linen cupboard. Now you pay for a service and complaining about it the reply you get - "We will softly have a talk to her" What happened to customer service?
