Unhappy is an understatement!

Disgruntled is an understatement to what I'm feeling about the cleaning service I recieved.

I paid for an 8hr session and marked all the services provided so that my flat is cleaned properly, however, I got worse than a sub par service.

1. The fridge was not cleaned (not even wiped outside)

2. My things in the cupboards were rearranged in the most disorderly way

3. There is a pile of laundry that was stacked on top of the laundry basket. We did say she shouldn't wash the laundry but why was no effort made to pack the clothes neatly.

4. There was no effort made to make the section with my toiletries neat and the cherry on top is that some extra things (i.e a belt) were thrown in there

5. My floors look like they were mopped with just water and no detergent or bleach (which I provided)

The list is actually longer than this

I'm still waiting for someone to tell me this is a joke because this is not worth the money I paid

Do these cleaners get training?
